Administrator

Phil Neeley came to Bailey Square as the administrator in 2008. He completed his undergraduate studies in Louisiana and then received a MBA from the University of South Florida. Phil has over 17 years of healthcare management experience. His previous position was as a regional director of operations for an ambulatory surgery center/surgical hospital development company. He relocated to Austin with his wife and daughter. Together they enjoy the numerous outdoor activities that Central Texas has to offer.

Medical Director

For the last 10 years, Dr. Eckert has been the medical director at Bailey Square Surgery Center. In addition to his position at Bailey Square, he serves as the Central Regional Medical Director for HCA's Ambulatory Surgery Division. He is a longtime member of Austin Anesthesiology Group and has been in Austin for over 30 years. He is an avid golfer.

Surgery Scheduler

Elizabeth Vazquez has coordinated all of the scheduled surgeries at Bailey Square Surgery Center since 2006 and on average enters over 50 cases daily. She has a great working relationship with all the physicians and their office staff. She works tirelessly to ensure that the surgeons are able to get the time they want, when they want it. When pressed, Liz will admit that her favorite color is pink.

Assistant Business Office Manager

Aurora Villarreal has been with HCA for 10 years. Starting out at the front office of a physicians practice and steadily progressed into a collections role at a sister facility before being promoted to her current position. She has embraced the opportunities Bailey Square has provided and constantly looks to excel. Aurora and her family enjoy the “music capital of the world” and take advantage of it every chance they get. They have lived in the Austin area for 9 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
